How it works
- Sign in, open an available raffle, and click Enter raffle before its countdown ends.
- All-member raffles accept every active website account: users, admins, and the super admin. Private group raffles accept only members in the selected admin group.
- When the countdown reaches zero, the server locks the manual entries and randomly draws one winner.
- The winner receives a private email with a direct checkout link and also sees checkout here.
- Retail raffles require payment before the claim deadline; free-prize raffles require no payment.
Raffles are not available to public shop visitors. Creating an account does not automatically enter a raffle. Odds depend on the number of members who manually enter. If a retail winner does not complete checkout by the deadline, the same locked entry pool can be used for a fallback redraw.
