Target Checkout Lists

Pick one or more active Target checkout lists. Selecting a list adds all of its products to your Target selections. Unselecting a list removes all products contained in that list, so you may need to reselect individual products you still want.

Help Center

Set up your account from start to finish

Follow the steps in order. Each section explains what to enter, why it is needed, and how to fix common problems.

1. Getting Started

Create at least one profile, attach the stores you want to run, add store login credentials, enable those stores, and select products.

2. Build Profiles

A profile contains the shipping, billing, phone, email, and payment information used at checkout. Create one profile, then assign it to every applicable store.

  1. Open Profiles.
  2. Click Create Profile.
  3. Complete shipping, billing, phone, email, and card details.
  4. Select the stores that should use the profile.
  5. Save the profile.

3. Add Store Accounts

Inside the profile, add the login email and password for each assigned store. Credentials are stored separately per store so the same profile can use different retailer accounts.

Required: Target and Walmart generally need login + IMAP. Amazon generally needs login + authenticator secret.

4. IMAP / Email Verification Codes

IMAP allows the platform to retrieve one-time retailer verification codes from your mailbox. Use an app password, not your normal email password.

Gmail
  1. Turn on 2-Step Verification for the Google account.
  2. Open Google Account → Security → App passwords.
  3. Create an app password named “The Shore Shack”.
  4. Paste the 16-character app password into the store’s IMAP/App Password field.

The existing What is this? button beside the Gmail field also opens these instructions.

Microsoft Outlook / Hotmail
  1. Turn on two-step verification in Microsoft Account Security.
  2. Create an app password under Advanced security options.
  3. Paste that app password into the IMAP/App Password field.
Yahoo Mail
  1. Open Yahoo Account Security.
  2. Select Generate app password.
  3. Create one for “Other App” and paste it into the IMAP field.
Apple iCloud Mail
  1. Sign in at Apple ID account settings.
  2. Under Sign-In and Security, create an app-specific password.
  3. Paste it into the IMAP field.
Never use: your regular mailbox password. If codes stop arriving, generate a new app password and save the profile again.

5. Authenticator / 2FA Secret

The platform needs the secret behind the rotating six-digit code, not a single temporary code.

  1. Open the retailer’s security settings and choose to set up an authenticator app.
  2. When the QR code appears, look for Can’t scan?, Enter setup key, or Show secret key.
  3. Copy the permanent setup key into the profile’s 2FA Secret field.
  4. Also scan the QR code into Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, or your preferred app.
  5. Finish verification on the retailer website and save the profile.
Do not paste: the current six-digit code. It expires every 30 seconds.

6. Turn Stores On

After profiles and credentials are saved, open Store Run Status and turn on every store you authorize the team to run. A store left paused will not run.

7. Select Products

Choose the products you want the bots to target. Profiles tell the system how to checkout; product selections tell it what to checkout.

  • Target checkout lists automatically add every product in the list.
  • Unselecting a Target list removes the products contained in that list.
  • A red status means your selections changed and your admin still needs to update the bot export.
  • A green status means your latest selections have been copied.

8. Troubleshooting

My store is not running

Confirm the store is active in Store Run Status, the profile is assigned to that store, login credentials are complete, and at least one product is selected.

Verification codes are not working

Generate a fresh email app password, confirm the mailbox address matches the retailer account, save the profile, and notify your admin that profiles changed.

Amazon authenticator codes fail

Reconfigure authenticator on Amazon and save the permanent setup key. Do not enter the rotating six-digit code.

I updated a profile or product

Red means your admin has not yet copied the update. Green means the current version is synced.
