Admin Discord Success

Connect your Discord success channel in a few clicks.

Authorize the bot, choose one channel, and every success posted there will be saved to the website and forwarded to the Super Admin success hub.

1. Add the bot to Discord

Click the button below, choose the Discord server, and approve the requested permissions. You do not need to copy IDs, links, or tokens.

2. Give the bot access to your private success channel

Discord does not automatically add a bot to an existing private channel. Open your success channel in Discord and complete these steps:

Open Edit Channel → Permissions.
Click Add members or roles.
Add the The Shore Shack Success Network bot role.
Allow View Channel, Send Messages, Read Message History, Embed Links, Attach Files, and Manage Messages.

After adding the role, continue to Step 3. Only channels the bot can actually view will appear in the dropdown.

3. Choose your success channel

Select the server and success channel. The list only includes text channels the bot can view. All other Discord channels are ignored.

Allow success posts to appear on the public homepage
This lets The Shore Shack feature approved community success photos and captions. You can turn this off at any time.

Super Admin master destination

Success posts from other connected admin servers are copied into this channel. Posts already made in this same channel are saved without creating a duplicate.

These are stored in your website database. Successes from other admin servers are forwarded to the master Discord; posts already in the master channel are not duplicated.
